You don’t need to eat high protein or high fat for your body to burn fat!!!

You need to first and foremost eat whole plant foods, which contain macro and micronutrients in natural ratios. And secondarily, you need to consider being in a calorie deficit, as well as incorporating intermittent or multiple-day fasts in order for your body to mobilize fat stores for energy.

High-protein, high-fat diets only work because they are fast-mimicking. But in the long run, eating high protein and high fat will contribute to heart disease, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, hormone imbalances, gut health issues, kidney damage, and a whole host of inflammatory and chronic diseases.

Don’t follow fad diets. They may seem to work in the short term but will have serious consequences in the long term.

Dont trust me, trust the science.
